SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Processing and Shipping Time


In-stock models will be shipped within 48–72 hours from Total Ride Supply Showroom.
Used and second-hand Golf Carts and ATVs or UTVs will be shipped in 5–7 days.
We test all used Golf Carts before shipping.
All Golf Carts will be shipped by DHL, FedEx, USPS, EMS, UPS, etc.
We will provide you with a tracking number within 48 hours once goods have shipped from our warehouse.
Usually, shipment takes 7–8 days to reach the destination anywhere in the world from our Nebraska Showroom via express shipping.
Cut-Off Time – 02:00 PM: All orders are shipped the same day if placed before 02:00 PM.

We provide free shipping in the USA ONLY; there is a $200 shipping fee for international deliveries.

Taxes and Customs Duties
We provide door-to-door service to the USA, Canada, and Schengen countries like Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, UAE, South Africa, and several other countries.
We handle customs and door-to-door operations in the buyer’s country, so the buyer does not need to pay any import duties or customs charges with DDP service.
To request DDP service, buyers must contact us manually at totalride76@yahoo.com
For countries not covered under DDP, we help reduce your tax by shipping with a lower invoice.


Packing and Shipping
All utility vehicles come in truckloads and original company packaging.
We place “FRAGILE” stickers on all sides of the vehicle to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.


Tracking an Order
Your order will receive a tracking number once it has been shipped, allowing you to follow it until it is delivered to you. (Tracking Page)


Returns
If a Golf Cart or UTV needs to be returned to us, the client will be responsible for covering any additional shipping costs.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original state, and in the same condition that you received it.

We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Please ensure the package is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
